   Day 1 · Arrive Colombo → Kandy

   Pinnawala elephant orphanage en route to Kandy.

   Day 2 · Kandy

   Temple of the Tooth, botanical gardens and cultural dance show.

   Day 3 · Kandy → Nuwara Eliya

   Scenic train ride through tea country; tea factory visit.

   Day 4 · Nuwara Eliya → Bentota

   Drive south via Kitulgala to Bentota beach resort.

   Day 5 · Bentota

   Madu river safari, turtle hatchery and beach time.

   Day 6 · Departure

   Transfer to Colombo airport.
